So, after Towtimes refused to run my ad, I went and found their page for web design. Now I know why they DO NOT want me advertising.
MY PRICES ARE 1/10th THEIR PRICE  WOW  $400.00 A YEAR FOR MAINTENANCE

Option 1- Basic Website (6 page limit) starting at $2,000

• MarketSmart production team provides consultation to include conceptualizing, discussing design and navigation, functionality and special features.
• Editorial Department interviews owner to write the text/copy & edits information supplied for website. Three text/copy drafts will be provided electronically. Changes after final draft (third draft) will incur a $75.00/hr. charge.
• MarketSmart will Design website using information from meeting, Logo File to be provided from client. Three design proofs will be provided electronically. Changes after final proof (third proof) will incur a $75.00/hr. charge. Client provides photos; production will retouch or edit.
• Market Smart will build your website using current technology to optimize search engine rankings, as well as features such as mobile device optimization and updated graphics.
• MarketSmart helps you promote your new website – Includes an announcement of your website’s debut on Tow Times’ Facebook page (once site is up and running)
• MarketSmart will include 3 months of website maintenance with up to 3 hours of changes/updates. To continue maintenance with MarketSmart, there will be a yearly maintenance fee of $400 which includes up to 10 hours of changes/updates. Additional changes/updates will incur a $75.00/hr. charge.

Additional services available for purchase:

• Logo design: $450 client receives native file and various versions of Logo
• Additional page(s): such as photo gallery /equipment sales page or comparable starting at $500-training for uploads/changes included.
• Social Media Start up: starting at $400 (not manage)
• Press Release: $200 includes 1 page sent to local media.

Option 2-Custom Website (8 page limit) starting at $3,000

WEB DESIGN

Google “WEB DESIGN” and you will get over 1 million results.  Every price imaginable and most are very expensive.  You can GOOGLE free web site and there are lots of web site builder out there.  Usually the company offering the free builder wants or requires you to host the site with them. NOTHING IS FREE IN THIS WORLD.

A website builder, looks like it was done on a FREE web builder.  I will use WordPress, which is free to use and is updated regularly  to keep your site safe and secure.  It is very customizable and has so many free plugins and features it would take years to go over them all.
